You really have a way with the eyes in most of your work. What is the significance of "$280,292.06?" And how do you decide what to name each piece?

i went in for mortgage pre-approval and that was all i could comfortably borrow on my terms. the median home price in my town is $509,000. Most of the time, the titles are at whim, though i try to describe a little bit. It varies greatly.
