day.

went and took photos @ a jobsite early in the day. the annual membership for this golf club is $42,500.000 with monthly dues of $385.00 and a quarterly minimum food and beverage fee of $120

42,500.00 + 4260.00 + 480.00 = $47,240.00

$47,240.00 for golf, restaurant and bar access and a gym/training center.

the phrase "unmitigated gall" ran through my head a lot.
went back to work after tha tto review photos, played some et @ lunch (quadrophonic/surround sound in office :))

after work it was time to go see radiohead. we left my house around 5.45p for a 7.30p show in mountain view. we had to stop in san rafael to pick up mel's guy. we got to the show around 9.30p, missed supergrass entirely and 2 radiohead songs. man that was somethign though.

ive never thought of thom as animated, but he jumped around that stage like a post modern dance monkey on uppers. really, next time you see me, ask and i will imitate his moves with sincerity. it was great i hadnt ever been to a big concert like that, it was very mechanical and polished. thom messed up his beat/line on the last song of the second encore and had to run over to one of the guitar players to get his queue/lyrics.

he apologized to the crowd and was pretty sheepish. at another part he was singing into one of the little cameras mounted around the stage and he was getting pretty close to it, i'd say maybe 4" from it. pretty odd. you wouldnt think of thom yorke as the kind of guy that would blast his mug in that close of detail acrossed 20ft monitors.

our seats were great, i would have been able to nail the drummer with a rock, if i had a rock. we were 14 rows back from the stage. the drive home i slept mostly, i dont get the chance to be a passenger often so i wasnt as wrecked and nervous as i get when i go in or through SF. we got home around 2.30a

you better have had a good time if you cancelled with me to go. so there :P

"i would have been able to nail the drummer with a rock, if i had a rock" come on now, who are you kidding i've seen you throw a rock. you'd need to be a lot closer than 14 rows. you ain't gotta lie to kick it :P

well, he did say he could hit the drummer. who was probably sitting in one place the whole time. i.e. the easiest target there.
