if you lived here, you'd be home by now.

went in to work early, wasn't sure if we'd be shown the house today but wanted to have my afternoon flexible. ern called to say that we had a walkthrough appt. ended up talking with the real estate agent too, on the phone to confirm. took a half lunch so i could leave @ 4. went by ern's work after work to pick her up, went by the house. still want it just as bad as any of the previous times we've come by to see it. the real estate agent was nice, showed us and another couple and a mother the place. it's a tad smaller than it looks from the outside, but certainly more than enough space for us. especially considering that the second bedroom wont be occupied by my studio any longer. the studio. <3 man, that studio is going to require me to produce more. im already picturing where the easel will go. there is more than enough room for an entire print studio (less an aquatint box). gurgle. ok. after we got applications we went by ern's work and filled them out quickly. we had paid our credit fee on the spot so there wouldnt be any wasted time, we'd like to move in immediately. after that we went by her aunt and uncle's house and they invited us to stay for dinner, which was nice. they are on atkins so we had an atkins meal which was quite good. after that it was drawing night @ shawn and sil's, did some work for cheeseissliced i'm also doing a songfight cover for next week, so keep an eye out for that.
