It's 8:30. I just got home from working another side job after work. I stopped off at safeway to get some dry cereal to compliment the champagne my sidejob gave me. I'm looking at cereal, and checking out the generic bags of cereal like I always do, when I realize, "Hey!, I just got a promotion and huge raise today, I can buy box cereal!"
so yeah. I ended up going with a box of $1.99 clearance waffle thingys anyway. Time to look at buying a house again.

I want to buy a house SO BAD, but we're still about 5 years away I think. Have to get that PhD thing sorted first.

yeah we gotta go prequal again. with my old salary alone, i only prequaled for $289k... hoping for ... more.
