There was at one time some question as to the intent of the usage of the photos and also to the fact that her mother signed model release forms. i dunno, but if i ever had a 10 year old girl, i'm not sure how confertable i'd be letting some guy take pictures like that of her.

s' deff a grey area. some post-mod photo guy (richard prince i think) got all sherry levine on those skin pics and people called him a pervy pedophile.

also to through my 2 bits its like the lewwis carrol photos. some of them give of a bit of a pervy vibe. but, what really seperates the pedophiles from the honest blokes who like to photo nekid pre-pubescent kids without their knickers? I mean, parents or reletives take a nakid pic of their kids, its cute, and then embarising when they start dating. but other people? grey area, yep.
