work for a half day. did some interesting stuff. then i went home and changed into my suit for
shawn and sil's wedding.
met them and her sis @ their house and took pics, that shawn won't let me post.
we drove to city administrative buildings:

building #3 (they called ahead for us) two ladies in building #3 pointed out
building #4 the correct building!
woo. s+s filled out their apps, her mom had hired a professional photographer, so the stress was off of me for photo taking. which meant
i took video. it was a sweet little affair. silvaniecried throughout. a short time later (less than 3 minutes) they were vowed, ringed and married. zoe and i filled out our necessary witness fields and then we went to luther burbank gardens for more photos. on the way back to the car we went througha garage/clearance sale from jake's vintage shop over by moxie on south a. he had closed shop so the entire yard and drive were filled with neat things. silvanieand shawn bought something and got a newlywed discount. we went back to their house and shawn and i quickly moved out of suitcoat +shirt down to wifebeaters. huzzah. i left them alone and went back to my house to collect the girl for the receptional dinner later. it took a surprising amount of time between leaving work and getting back to my house. 5hrs. the photographs took the largest amount of time. i'll talk about the dinner later.
dental appt. jaw got hammered on. i think they chipped one of my front teeth in the process, too. last drinks with silvanieand shawn. they get married tomorrow

i've had a strange headache and a slight ringing in my ears for the last several days. it sounds like a tv is on in the room, no matter where i go.

work: i did a good job. took the pressure off for the next coupla days. got some nice compliments on a recent thing i made.bought some flowers for ern, brought them home with me. we walked to video droid and back, i did it barefoot. had a really great day

woke up, coffee @ the goat. drew mom a bday card that was pretty nice imnsho. went by pacific market and got charged a yuppie tax. went to parent's house for bbq birthday thing. that was nice. we laid out in the sun too much though and got fried. logey from food and sun, we left earlyish i suppose. we still had to go water plants and take care of cats/house for ern's aunt/uncle who are in hawaii.
crit?: 0big day. errands. picked up gift for mom, did a lot of errandy errands. hot dogs. ern fixed my dickies and she fixed this halter she bought. cute as a button. i took a nap and drew a bit. we came home i was completely worked over from driving around and doing shit so we both took a nap. shawn and silvaniecame over and we went to 3rd street then on to the bel for drinks with other folk. shawn's pseudo last huzzah bachelor thing.had fun with that, stayed out till 2 or so. i didnt drink, had a headache and drove.

drove down to the city to get ern a dress for shawn and sil's wedding. i got a pair of shoes ha ha ha tsubo "xeric's" i didnt even realize it till i got home. how xHXCorex, total. they are the sex. went to stores. didnt find anything, drove back home stopped @ horizon's in sausalito along the way but the kitchen was closed. got in-n-out. cut my lip on the burger bun. seriously. i fought the cow, and the cow won.

pics of cat which fell into hamper like a dorky dork. work> fixed a long term problem> ern's truck died, ducked out early to go fetch her but the truck started automagically. carried her back and forth over the parking lot because i had a GREAT FUCKING DAY. the bad news from last friday turns out to be only stage 1 bad news which is really good, stage 2+ bad news is bad. she went over to her aunt/uncle's house to see them off to hawaii for a week. i went home and read 3 hellboy books and relaxed outside. came in did some dishes and was about to pour some wine and read the paper when she called. went over to their house and talked for a bit, then we went down to jo jo sushi and got what i guess is our "usual" now. a crazy roll and a spider roll, one order nigori, two orders of seaweed salad. yum++ went home> talked out back for awhile; it was a great night for that. bed.

off day, rainy. went to meet shawn and silvaniefor coffee. they didnt show by noon so we went home. ern worked on her paper more and i fucked around. shawn and silvaniecame over and we went down to SSU to see the bfa show before it closes. after that we toured the ol' studio/shop. went to best buy to pick up a game but i didnt care about it $50 worth so i didnt get it. home, straightened, did chores. talked ern into a walk so we walked the movies back to v. droid and picked up some more. took 2 hrs but it was a nice walk. watched kill bill till far too late. bed. this weather's got me down. oh, also, i did my weekly "i need to draw more" thing. i hate these weekly things.

time changed has me all akimbo. after work it was drawing night. pete joined in and i'll have scans up tomorrow. pics of the plants we got yest'day are here
crit?: 2woke up, went to coffee with shan and sil, didnt stay long. came home then went with pete out to the carnivorous plant nursery near sebastopol. he showed me all the different kinds of plants then let me pick out some for the atrium. we set them up and shot the shit, then ern came home and we started getting things/dinner ready for my parents, who were coming over for dinner. ern made carmelized salmon with dijon, sweet potato and rosemary "chips" and goat cheese/green bean/vinagrette salad. fucking awesome dinner. for desert she made homemade vanilla pudding with carmelized orange slices to top.
crit?: 0puttered around, got errands done, some shopping for dinner with fam tomorrow. spent 4 hrs or so lazing in the atrium. ern did studying and i read the fuck-up. good book, but i'm dissapointed that i read it so fast. bought it last night on the way home from work. :/ shawn and silvaniecame over and we drank wine and lazed around a fire in the fire pit. i still need to read "the perks of being a wallflower" and "tuesdays with morrie". get my trend book train a rollin'
